ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಮೊದಲು ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಷರತ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ಓದಿರಿ:

1.ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಮರಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವಂತಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
2. ಮರಳನ್ನು ಮರುಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡುವ ಅಥವ ಶೇಖರಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ನಿಷೇಧಿಸಿದೆ, ತಪ್ಪಿದಲ್ಲಿ Karnataka minor mineral concession rules 1994 amendment rule 2016 Rule 31(R)(12) and 31(R) (14) ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು.
3. ಮರಳನ್ನು ಸರಬರಾಜು ಸೀಮಿತವಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಅವಶ್ಯವಿರುವ ಮರಳನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸುವುದಕ್ಕೆ 2 ರಿಂದ 5 ದಿನ ಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
4 ಮರಳು ಕೋರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡುವ ಮೊದಲು ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು(ದೃಡೀಕರಿಸುಹುದು)
5. ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಪೂರ್ಣ ವಿಳಾಸವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಿ. ಅಪೂರ್ಣ ವಿಳಾಸವನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ
6. ಮರಳು ಸರಬರಾಜು ತಿಳಿಸಿರುವ ವಿಳಾಸದ ಹೊರಗೆ ವಿತರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಮತ್ತು ಅಂತ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಮುನ್ಸೂಚನೆ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಮುಂಗಡ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಮುಟ್ಟುಗೋಲು ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು.
7. ಮರಳು ಕೋರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ರದ್ದು ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವಿದಿಲ್ಲ. ಕೋರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡುವ ಮೊದಲು ಕೂಲಂಕುಷವಾಗಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು(ದೃಡೀಕರಿಸುಹುದು).
8 ಮರಳು ಕೋರಿಕೆಯು 5ದಿನದ ಒಳಗೆ ಸರಬರಾಜಗದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರ ಇಚ್ಛೆಯ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಹಿಂಪಡೆಯಲು ಯೋಗ್ಯವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಕೋರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ರದ್ದು ಮಾಡಲು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ನೊಂದಾಯಿತ ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಿಂದ ಕರೆ ಮಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
9 ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಹಿತಿಗಾಗಿ.
   10 ಮೆಟ್ರಿಕ್ ಟನ್ ---- 2.5 ಯೂನಿಟ್ಸ
    7 ಮೆಟ್ರಿಕ್ ಟನ್ ---- 1.8 ಯೂನಿಟ್ಸ
    3 ಮೆಟ್ರಿಕ್ ಟನ್ ---- 0.8 ಯೂನಿಟ್ಸ
10. ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಮಧ್ಯಮ ಮತ್ತು ಒರಟಾದ ಮಾದರಿಯ ಮರಳು ಮಾತ್ರ ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
11. OTPಯನ್ನು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಸರಬರಾಜು ಮಾಡಿದ ವಾಹನ ಚಾಲಕನ ಬಳಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಸರಬರಾಜಗುವ ಮೊದಲೆ OTPಯನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಾರದು.
12.OTP ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದನ್ನು ಮರಳು ಕೋರಿಕೆಯು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ತಲುಪಿದ್ದಾಗಿ ದ್ರಡೀಕರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
13.ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ಮರಳು ಸರಬರಾಜಿನ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ OTP ಯನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳದ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರನ್ನು ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಮರಳು ಕೋರಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡದಾಗಿ ನಿಷೇಧಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
14. ಮರಳು ಸರಬರಾಜು ಕಟ್ಟುನಿಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಉಡುಪಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ತಲುಪಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲೂ ಮರಳನ್ನು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಗಡಿ ದಾಟಿ ಹೊರಗಡೆ ಕೊಂಡೊಯ್ಯಬಾರದು.
15. ವಾಹನ ಚಾಲಕನ ಬಳಿ PERMIT ಚೀಟಿಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿ ಇಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

1) Sand should be used for own purpose only.
2) Resale or Storage of sand is strictly prohibited and action will taken according to Karnataka minor mineral concession rules 1994 amendment rule 2016 Rule 31(R)(12) and 31(R) (14).
3) Cancellation of order is not entertained. Please double check all information before placing order.
4) Please check all details carefully before confirming order.
5) Please provide complete address. Address with partial information will be rejected.
6) Deliveries outside village specified will not be entertained and money would be forefieted withought further action/communication.
7) Because of limited supply of sand, delivery can take around 5 days.
8) Orders which cannot be delivered by 5 days are eligible for refund on request from customer. Only calls from verified mobiles are considered for cancellation.
9) Quantity Information
10 METRIC TONS ---- 2.5 UNITS
7 METRIC TONS ---- 1.8 UNITS
3 METRIC TONS ---- 0.8 UNIT
10) Only MEDIUM and COARSE types of sand is available currently.
11) OTP should be shared with vehicle person on successful delivery. Please do not share OTP before delivery.
12) Sharing OTP confirms that order is delivered successfully.
13) Customers who are not giving OTP's on successful delivery would be entitled to be blocked from placing any further orders.
14) Sand is delivered strictly to Udupi district only. On any circumstances sand should not be taken out of district boundary.
15) Permit slip should be collected from vehicle driver and kept securely.
